What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us: your email address if you join our mailing list, and your name, email address, phone number and message if you contact us through the site or by email. Like most websites, our platform also records basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to send you news about North Atlantic Sound releases, campaigns such as 12 Pubs of Christmas, and events; to reply to your enquiries, including press, radio and media requests; and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted by Wix.com, which stores the information you submit on our behalf. Links on this site take you to third-party services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, DistroKid, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google Drive. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies, although some parts of the site may not work as intended.
